Celebrate The 4th In The Heartland: When it comes to spectacular events celebrating Freedom Indiana is at the top of the list. And, while the timing of these events may vary from year to year, the theme remains the same; it is a celebration of our American hero's and independence!

Celebrations For All Season At The President Benjamin Harrison Home In Indianapolis, Indiana: Whether you enjoy culinary delights or historic events that capture the innocence of a by-gone age; you'll find celebrations for every season at the President Benjamin Harrison Home in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The Huddleston Farmhouse, Levi Coffin Home, and The Underground Railroad Are Among Indiana's Historic Treasures: Our friends, local historians, Jim & Sandra Resh joined us on a tour of the completely restored three-story house owned by John and Susannah Huddleston. The authentic furnishings and the volunteers help create a true feeling of being back on the farm in the old days.

One Of "The Best Small Towns in America," Harrison, Arkansas: In Harrison's downtown is the Hotel Seville, a Spanish-like castle built in 1929 that has three stories and a wood frame with brick and terra cotta veneer. Once the heart of the city's social activity, the preserved hotel is located in Harrison's downtown historic district.

Explore Little Rock, Arkansas: Once an abandoned memory, Little Rock's River Market District has transformed into a lively riverfront community. Throughout the year you'll discover Free Events To Enjoy In Little Rock, Historic Museum and Re-enactments, Fine restaurants, museums, galleries, boutiques and unique shops to explore during your trip.

A Drive through Gettysburg: If you are into history and you love learning about the Civil War then you need to take a trip through Gettysburg. I had the privilege of growing up in the area and was able to spend many weekends in the Gettysburg National Park, driving around and looking at the history that is so predominant in that area.

Valley Forge March-In Honors Soldiers Then and Now: The families and troops who presently face struggles on foreign shores our in our hearts during this Holiday Season. Valley Forge, Pennsylvania presents a special tribute to honor these brave soldiers, and those who faced the enemy on our soil so long ago.

Explore Nature At “FORT ANCIENT”: A interesting fact is that the Indian's who lived here occupied much of the Ohio area between 800 B.C. and 1200 A.D. and for unknown reasons moved away from the area around 400 A. D. I found this to be a very fascinating information and a neat area to check out. The last area is the Hiking and Interpretative trails, and I am a person who loves to hike.

Historic Towns of Warren Country, Ohio: When planning a vacation many are often drawn to the most popular cities and attraction. Yet, if we venture along a unknown path we can discover many unique sites and attractions like the Village Green Exhibit and Shaker Gallery as Ms. Worley did on her recent trip to Warren County, Ohio.
